Set your sights higher on your own beachfront oasis, with private pool overlooking the water off the Bolivar Peninsula (can be heated for a fee). Get away from the partying and crowded beaches to this quiet, family friendly home, situated in a quaint beach town neighborhood.

Plenty of room for a big group, this home features multiple living areas, a giant outdoor entertaining space with grill, bar, dining and amazing Gulf views. All the conveniences of a high end home, including a luggage lift, high speed internet, and access to your favorite streaming apps on our Smart TV's. With a built-in surround sound system, you'll have your choice of crashing waves or beach music while you enjoy your time here in the Gulf.

The upper level (aka The Lookout) has spectacular ocean views, along with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a (main) kitchen and a great room that opens up to a balcony overlooking the water. Off the wraparound porch are stairs to access, as well as a powered lift for effortless loading & unloading.

On the mezzanine level is a separate living space with bunk beds, kitchenette and bathroom. Think of it like a clubhouse or separate apartment; perfect for older kids or a family to have their own space and privacy. This is accessed through a separate private entrance and there are no interior stairs to the main level.

Just off the lower level is private beach access and a private heated saltwater pool overlooking the water.

All four bedrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and pillows, ample lighting, clothing storage solutions, and luggage racks. The full shared bathroom includes basic toiletries and hotel quality towels.

Located on the north side of Crystal Beach, in the Hogan's Landing neighborhood, you'll experience less crowded beaches and a short 1.2hr drive from Houston (HOU) airport. You're a short 10 min drive to The Big Store in Crystal Beach, where you can find most of what you need for your stay! Or embark on a longer adventure and make your way 1 hr north of Galveston via the ferry makes for an easy day trip!
