It Started With a MBA and a Big Idea
Steve and Greg met in business school over twelve years ago. By 2019, they'd roped in their wives, Molly and Elena, and hatched a plan: find vacation homes they'd actually want to bring their own kids to, then open the doors to other families. When COVID hit, they finally had the time. Their first property in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee became the proof of concept. A few years and nine properties later, Wanderlust is still run the same way, by two families who test every home against one question: would we book this for our own vacation?

Steve and Molly live in Brooklyn, New York with their two kids (9 and 6). City living is awesome, but they love getting out on the road and seeing the country. This past spring break, they packed up the RV and hit national parks across Arizona. This summer, it's the Rocky Mountains and Moab, Utah.

Greg and Elena live in Madison, Wisconsin with their two kids (5 and 3). They love sharing their vacation homes with other families just as much as staying in them. Every property gets their personal touch, from the welcome details to the local guides they put together for each destination.
